Taking full-body measurements at the start and end of your weight loss journey is a powerful way to track progress beyond the scale. While weight can fluctuate, measurements reveal true changes in body composition—like shrinking waistlines, toned arms, and slimmer thighs. They also boost motivation by showing progress in areas you might not notice day-to-day.
Tips for Accurate Measurements:
✔ Use a flexible tape measure.
✔ Measure key areas: chest, waist, hips, arms, thighs.
✔ Keep the tape snug but not tight.
✔ Measure on bare skin or over light clothing.
✔ Take measurements at the same time of day, ideally in the morning.
✔ Record your numbers and check again every 4–6 weeks.
