Sabrina Jarrett
Registered Dietitian- MS, RD, CPT
My interest in nutrition started in high school as an athlete and continued into my adult years. I went to school for Culinary Arts but realized that I wanted to incorporate my love of food with my love of nutrition. So I went back to school and became a dietitian.
My training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease (high blood pressure, high cholesterol), kidney disease, and disease prevention.
I have additional passion for the areas of fitness and wellness because I believe in the whole body approach-going on the journey of wellness with the mind, body and spirit.
I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts and Minor in Business Administration from Drexel University and completed my Master of Science in Nutrition from City University of New York-Brooklyn College. Additional education/certifications include NASM Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist and ACE Health Coach and Group Fitness Instructor.
I enjoy working out, listening to music and experimenting in the kitchen.

Brooke Sobh
Registered Dietitian- MS, RD, LD/N, CLC
A registered and licensed dietitian of over 12 years and certified lactation consultant. I have worked in several fields as a dietitian such as WIC (women, infants and children) for 5 years, a clinical dietitian in the ICU for 5 years and now a fat loss dietitian!
I'm the founder of Brooke Sobh Nutrition. I went to Florida State University for my Bachelors in Dietetics and University of North Florida for my Masters in Dietetics.
I have a passion for teaching you how to eat the foods they love, build muscle and burn fat WITHOUT low calorie diets or endless hours of cardio. I am also diving into functional nutrition as I am realizing the ROOT cause of weight loss resistance is becoming more and more important.
When I’m not working, you can find me taking walks with my husband, my two daughters and pups or playing beach volleyball (my biggest passion!).

Olivia Kendall
Registered Dietitian-RD, LD/N
Olivia is a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist based in Ohio. She earned her undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from The University of Akron. Olivia is passionate about helping people build healthy habits that are realistic, sustainable, and fit their individual lifestyle. She believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health, and that everyone has their own version of a healthy lifestyle.
Olivia especially enjoys working with busy moms to help them reach their health goals in a way that feels doable and sustainable. As a busy mom herself, she understands the challenges of balancing nutrition, family, and everyday life, and focuses on practical strategies that work in real life, not perfection.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys exercising, spending time with her dogs, watching Netflix with her husband, and trying new foods.
Ava Resnick
Registered Dietitian-RD
A registered and licensed dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition & Dietetics and experience in both outpatient and clinical settings. I primarily work as a pediatric dietitian but support clients of all ages with disordered eating, helping them build a healthier relationship with food. I'm originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, but now living in Tampa, FL. I graduated with a Masters Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, from the University of Tennessee, and I'm passionate about helping people build healthier relationships with food.
My interest in nutrition started right before I started college, after struggling with my own eating disorder. As a gymnast growing up, I struggled with body image and finding the right balance in fueling my body. That experience inspired me to help others facing similar challenges. I love supporting clients in recovery, helping them feel confident around food, and finding approaches that fit their lives.
When I'm not working with clients, I love running, lifting, going to the beach, and finding a balance between staying active and enjoying all the other things life has to offer.

Juliana Shields
Registered Dietitian-RD
I'm a former Division I softball athlete who is passionate about supporting student-athletes in reaching their full potential through nutrition. I gained performance nutrition experience within Division I programs including Boston College, Duke, and USF. My experience spans team settings such as soccer, softball, tennis, football, lacrosse, and field hockey, along with one-on-one nutrition counseling with athletes.
Having grown up immersed in sports, I developed a deep appreciation for the role athletics play in building character and preparing individuals for life beyond competition. During high school, I recognized the impact proper fueling had on my own performance, sparking my interest in nutrition.
I earned my BS in Nutrition and MS in Sport Administration, while playing 5 years of division I softball. As I begin my career in dietetics, I remain eager to positively impact athletes’ relationships with food and help build confidence in fueling for optimal performance.
