Service Description
1-on-1 Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) with a Licensed Dietitian 1-on-1 Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is a clinical, evidence-based nutrition service provided by a licensed or registered dietitian and is restricted to Florida residents only, in accordance with state regulations. This service is designed for individuals who need medical nutrition intervention related to diagnosed health conditions. Sessions are conducted virtually and include a comprehensive, individualized approach. What to Expect: Comprehensive Assessment: We’ll start with a detailed discussion about your medical history, dietary habits, lifestyle, and health goals to understand your current situation and aspirations. Personalized Nutrition Plan: Based on your needs and goals, your dietitian will create a customized plan designed to be both practical and sustainable, emphasizing real food solutions that fit your lifestyle. Evidence-Based Guidance: Receive expert advice on meal planning, portion sizes, food choices, and strategies to overcome challenges. Behavioral Strategies: Learn techniques to build healthy habits, maintain motivation, and make long-term improvements to your eating patterns. Ongoing Support: You'll leave with actionable steps and resources to help you implement the strategies discussed. All sessions include: ✓A 60 minute 1-on-1 session with a licensed Dietitian ✓ A wellness action plan Medical Nutrition Therapy may support conditions such as: ✓Diabetes and prediabetes ✓Hypertension and cardiovascular conditions ✓Gastrointestinal disorders ✓Kidney disease ✓Food allergies or intolerances ✓Weight-related medical concerns Your provider will: ✓Conduct a detailed nutrition assessment ✓Develop a personalized medical nutrition care plan ✓Provide condition-specific dietary recommendations ✓Monitor progress and adjust nutrition strategies as needed ✓Collaborate within scope to support your overall care plan Invest in your health and let our licensed dietitian guide you toward a healthier, more balanced life. Whether you’re looking for one-time advice or long-term support, this session is designed to empower you with the knowledge and tools to succeed. This service requires Florida residency and is considered a medical service, distinct from general nutrition counseling.

Guiding The Wise Inc. – Client Terms & Conditions Participation in Guiding The Wise Inc. (“GTW”) programs and services is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise stated. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Clients agree to provide accurate information, participate responsibly, follow program instructions, and maintain respectful conduct toward GTW staff, contractors, and other participants. GTW provides wellness education, planning tools, and resource coordination only. GTW does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content and services are for educational and informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional care. By enrolling, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree that GTW is not responsible for injuries, outcomes, or losses resulting from participation. Some services are delivered by independent third-party contractors. Contractors are not employees or agents of GTW. GTW does not control, supervise, or guarantee contractor services and is not responsible for availability, pricing, outcomes, or conduct. Any agreement for services is solely between the client and the contractor. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable. Contractor services are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations or client no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. At GTW’s discretion, account credits may be issued in place of refunds for eligible cancellations (contractor scheduling issues, or service disruptions). Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, may expire, and may only be used toward eligible GTW services. Clients must engage respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, unsafe behavior, political solicitation, or misuse of GTW content is prohibited and may result in removal or termination without refund. All GTW materials, tools, and content are the intellectual property of Guiding The Wise Inc. and may not be copied, recorded, or redistributed without permission. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTW is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless GTW, its officers, staff, contractors, and partners. GTW may modify programs, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
