How Does it Work:
- Once you purchase your plan, allow 1-2 business days for complete enrollment into your program.
- Within 1-2 business days, you will receive a welcome email from our fitness tracking software MY PT HUB. Always check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
- Accept the invite to activate your account, log in, and start your plan.
We highly recommend downloading the phone application to your phone. The download details are provided in the invite email. This allows you to receive reminders and alerts. The application is not required to be downloaded for use.
