Cancellation Policy

Guiding The Wise Inc. – Client Terms & Conditions Participation in Guiding The Wise Inc. (“GTW”) programs and services is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise stated. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Clients agree to provide accurate information, participate responsibly, follow program instructions, and maintain respectful conduct toward GTW staff, contractors, and other participants. GTW provides wellness education, planning tools, and resource coordination only. GTW does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content and services are for educational and informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional care. By enrolling, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree that GTW is not responsible for injuries, outcomes, or losses resulting from participation. Some services are delivered by independent third-party contractors. Contractors are not employees or agents of GTW. GTW does not control, supervise, or guarantee contractor services and is not responsible for availability, pricing, outcomes, or conduct. Any agreement for services is solely between the client and the contractor. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable. Contractor services are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations or client no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. At GTW’s discretion, account credits may be issued in place of refunds for eligible cancellations (contractor scheduling issues, or service disruptions). Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, may expire, and may only be used toward eligible GTW services. Clients must engage respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, unsafe behavior, political solicitation, or misuse of GTW content is prohibited and may result in removal or termination without refund. All GTW materials, tools, and content are the intellectual property of Guiding The Wise Inc. and may not be copied, recorded, or redistributed without permission. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTW is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless GTW, its officers, staff, contractors, and partners. GTW may modify programs, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
