1-on-1 Health Coaching Session
Service Description
A health coach is your personal health supporter, accountability coach, guide and partner. They help you implement lifestyle changes to improve your physical health. Coaches do not diagnose, interpret medical data, prescribe or de-prescribe, recommend supplements, provide nutrition consultation or create meal plans, provide exercise prescription or instruction, or provide psychological therapeutic interventions or treatment. Whether your goal is to lose weight, learn healthy habits, develop health goals, increase energy, develop better nutrition, a health coach takes the time to listen to your concerns, helps you discover where and why you are struggling, and supports you as you navigate the world of contradictory health advice to figure out exactly what works for YOUR body. Our Health Coaching Platform offers customized holistic approaches to enhance overall health outcomes. Spearheaded by a licensed dietitian with expertise in personal training, a holistic health practitioner, and a licensed physical therapist, our team ensures comprehensive care. In collaboration with seasoned health coaches, who share our mission, we provide services at significantly reduced rates (50-75% below market value). This service includes: ✓45 minute online session with a trained health coach ✓4 week action plan ✓ Digital wellness planner (pdf format)
Cancellation Policy
• Consultations are non-refundable if not cancelled within the approved timeframe (prior to 24 hours before the session). Clients retain the option to cancel. • Digital products, items and/or services priced under $5 are non-refundable, except in cases where cancellation is initiated by Guiding The Wise. • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method and details used for the initial transaction. • In the event of a contractor's tardiness exceeding 15 minutes without prior communication, a full refund is available. • If a provider fails to show up for a scheduled session, a full refund is available. • A full refund is granted if a provider fails to show up for a scheduled session. • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval. • Cancellation of a service qualifies for a full refund (excluding the deposit) if made at least 24 hours in advance. Clients are responsible for ensuring timely and proper cancellation. • Day-of cancellations are non-refundable. • Cancellations should be processed through the booking system.
