Embark on a transformative journey towards your optimal well-being by investing in yourself through our impactful program. Join forces with us to craft a healthier version of yourself. Our preventive healthcare services are grounded in a robust six-pillar wellness model, placing emphasis on health education, physical well-being, nutritional support, mental health, self-care, and streamlined access to healthcare services. This program will provide a 12-week fitness program that is 100% virtual. The fitness program is 85% bodyweight exercises and will also require two weights (at least 5 pounds). If you do not have weights, please research household items that can be used as substitutes for weights. The wellness plan is designed for individuals that are at a beginner's fitness level. Our goal for all participants is to adopt healthy habits that will contribute to a healthier lifestyle. For participants aspiring to lose weight, our ultimate goal is assisting you with losing 1-3 pounds each week, totaling a minimum of 12-24 pounds at the end of the 12 weeks. Disclaimer: All programs are currently in beta testing, which is why pricing has been temporarily reduced. Beta testing simply means that the program is new and undergoing active monitoring and evaluation. We kindly ask all participants to complete the exit survey at the end of the program, as your feedback is crucial to help us assess and improve the experience.
