Guiding The Wise, a Florida-based nonprofit established in 2014, initially dedicated to providing health resources for elder populations, has since evolved into a comprehensive provider of affordable preventive healthcare and wellness services. Our mission is to extend support to low-and-moderate income households and underserved communities, cultivating healthier living across all age groups and health stages.

Our Goals
Numerous underserved communities face health disparities, rendering them more susceptible to chronic diseases like heart disease, obesity, cancer, diabetes, hypertension, and others. Research indicates that a primary contributor to these disparities is rooted in social determinants, including unequal healthcare access, poverty, racism, limited education, and inadequate resources.
Our initiatives are strategically crafted to address and mitigate the impact of these challenges. Through comprehensive health education, screenings, cost-effective healthcare options, personalized health strategies, resource guidance, health coaching, and wellness programs, we strive to proactively prevent and alleviate the burden of health disparities in these communities.

Who Do We Serve?
Guiding The Wise extends public access to affordable online preventative healthcare services and wellness solutions. Additionally, we offer a monthly membership service known as the Extension Of State Services (E.O.S.S) Voucher. This exclusive membership, available at $9.99 per month, is tailored for qualified recipients, specifically adults (ages 18 and above) residing in approved counties and meeting eligibility criteria for low-and-moderate-income households or underserved communities. Successful completion of the online application is a prerequisite for voucher enrollment.

The voucher's membership entails not only additional price reductions for services but also enhanced benefits, an extended curriculum, and tiered membership upgrade options. While qualified adults (ages 18 and above) are eligible to enroll, our primary focus centers on adults aged 30-75 with either a chronic condition or a family history of chronic conditions.

For guest users who do not qualify for the voucher, full access to our public services on the website is available at standard pricing.
